One of the biggest cons I found with the Bissell 1867 is that it isn’t very aggressive when it comes to tackling tough, stubborn dirt, and you may have noticed that a few people in the reviews I gathered mentioned this, too.
Not totally a deal breaker if you’re looking for a machine that can handle average dirt and grime, but if you have a very high-traffic home, this could be a problem. Also, some customers said the mop pads tend to shrink fairly quickly, so that is something to watch out for as well.
